Delete your account

You can delete your Almanac account and its data at any time. This is permanent.

Delete it in the app

• Open Almanac and sign in.
• Go to Settings and tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and any linked financial institution (Plaid) access is revoked.

Can't open the app?

Email support@billmanac.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials.
• Your bills, income, forecasts, preferences, and passkeys.
• Linked bank/card connections, and the access tokens for them (Plaid access is revoked so no further data is retrieved).

What we briefly keep

We may retain minimal transaction and security/audit records where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. These are not used for any other purpose and are deleted when no longer required (typically within 90 days, or as the law requires).
