Almanac
Terms of Use
Effective July 2026
These terms cover your use of Almanac. By creating an account you agree to them.
Using the app
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your sign-in secure. Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to do anything unlawful.
Not financial advice
Almanac is an organizational tool. Its insights, forecasts, and suggestions are informational only and are not financial, tax, or legal advice. Decisions about your money are yours.
Bank connections
Bank linking is provided through Plaid and is subject to Plaid's terms. We show you information reported by your institution; we don't move money or pay bills on your behalf.
Subscriptions
Paid features are billed through the App Store and managed by Apple. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings; deleting your Almanac account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Almanac is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
